Indigo in the Sunflowers

Indigo Buntings sure do love to sing among the sunflowers, but they sure aren’t always easy to find, especially if there is wind and the sunflowers are swaying to and fro. While looking out across the sunflowers, the first thing you do is wait to hear the Indigo song. And then once you hear it, now you have to find the little songbox; seems as if they love to play hide and seek. And even if you see one fly by and land among the sunflowers, it’s not a given you’ll be able to see it. But then all of a sudden you spot that beautiful blue, and if you’re lucky it perches on top of a flower with a clear view and you can watch it sing that beautiful song.
