This appears to be a younger cedar waxwing (and maybe female) since it has no red waxy secretions at the end of its wings. Whether male or female, one of my favorite birds . . .

"The R.O.U.S. really do exist Mr. Goldfinch, now get thee hence from this tree so I can save us all!"

This Cedar Waxwing had been posing nicely, and after a few frames it turned its head as if to say, "Here you go, this is my best side and it really shows off my crest!"
